Fixed Charsheet Background For Valiant Bounty Hunter Skin

Description
This image for her charsheet was in the mod files but it wasn't working in game, so I reformatted it using GIMP and recreated the modfiles.txt. You should probably place this mod above the original mod in the mod load order if you want it to work properly.
