Description
Tharkin's Racing Glider

Vanilla, no scripts, survival ready.

The original idea was to make something with wings that resembles Dune's Ornithopter. Happy with how the shaping of the cockpit and hull turned out. I was also inspired by Major Jon's Cepheus Tachyon - Racing Yacht, so some features were carried over as well.

Although called a racing ship, I focused more on design rather than speed and manoeuvrability.

I love this thing... Tharkin has ferried me to space in it a few times. Comfy sofa to kick back on for passengers. Even take naps in the bed on longer flights! :selike:
