Soviet Shorter Focuses

Description
A wee mod that shortens a handful of USSR national focuses, some from 10 weeks to 5 weeks and a few even shorter.

It also marginally reduces the waiting time for starting each of the purge focuses.
Now alters some effects & lengths of the Trotsky path too!
