-MERGED FILES SO I COULD EDIT CHAMPIONS LEAGUE, WILL OCCUPY YOUR ENGLAND EDIT SLOT IN GAME FILE SELECTION SCREEN WHEN SELECTING MODS TO USE AND PLAYABLE NATIONS FOR YOUR GAME INSTANCE. WILL NOT WORK ON EXISTING GAME, MUST SELECT FOR NEW GAME-
Merged my England Squad and FFP Rules and UEFA Squad and FFP Rule Files. Includes rules that remove Squad Registration rules for Divisions in England altogether, so you can use all players on your squad at will. Does NOT edit substitution rules for domestic comps.
FINAL VERSION for 24.3.0.

Excuse me, how can you edit the Champions League FFP? I tried using the pre editor, bind England to Champion League and edit advanced nation rules but it only affect England. Please help! Thank you!
