Description

This mod adds a decision to make all ground units available.
Some units, such as rocket artillery battalions, will not be available only in Decisions. Please complete the research on the prerequisite equipment. Self-propelled artillery and other derived armor units require equipment design.

Conflict with other mods: I have not investigated this, but basically there is no conflict with other mods. (Because this mod only adds its own files and does not modify existing HoI4 files.)

DLC Requirements: None. However, units added by DLC must have the corresponding DLC.

Can't see elephants unless I type "research all"

for minors that lack researched techs, some technology is missing to add elephants
because as guy under me said, it works for USSR
