Automatic Occupation After Surrender

Description
With the activated mod, when a country capitulates, occupation zones are created in the states completely controlled by the controller. If the states are claimed or core states of the controller, it is directly annexed.

What's more, when the country capitulates, it is divided. This can be configured in the game rules.
