This is an expansion-style MOD, meaning it primarily adds new content while leaving the original game content mostly unchanged. Special thanks to the original game developers for adding new file support, and for providing me with a new portrait image for Luna, which helps make her integration as a teammate feel more complete.

Important Note: The MOD needs to be in offline mode to function properly. It is highly recommended not to use it with other MODs, as there are extensive modifications that can easily cause conflicts.

If you encounter bugs or other issues, please first try deleting and re-downloading the MOD. (Steam's automatic subscription updates seem to be prone to problems)

Update: 2025-8-11

Fixed a long-standing issue where the "Challenge the Limit" difficulty was not displayed on the company statistics screen. The difficulty tracking now tests correctly, and completions on "Challenge the Limit" will no longer be incorrectly counted under the "Safe" difficulty.

If you are concerned about the previous stats issue, I will upload an offline tool/utility to the QQ group files for you to use to remove the incorrectly recorded difficulty data.

Added a new company mastery: Coin Collector, which makes it easier to obtain Valkyrie Coins. It is acquired by defeating Demon King Carter.

Added a drop protection mechanism (pity system) for Demon King Carter.

Defeating Demon King enemies will now grant an additional reward via in-game mail.

Added 250 backpack capacity for both the "Challenge the Limit" and "No Zuo No Die" difficulties.

Added a new NPC in Archer Street who provides a shop and appraisal services, with an effect that makes it easier to get higher attribute values from appraisals.

Added an Enhanced Appraisal Mode: Equipment, including set items and unique items, can be repeatedly appraised. The attribute values obtained have a chance to exceed the normal limit based on your friendship level with the MOD appraiser. At the highest friendship level, the maximum value can reach 120% of the original. This process consumes Valkyrie Coins.

Added a Simple Mode, which triples damage dealt and reduces damage taken to 1/3, for those who prefer a more relaxed experience.

Added a 'Fixed Mechanical Overhaul' Mode, which locks the available masteries to a predefined, useful set, making it easier to get the ones you want.

Implemented the true infinite firepower cheat thereisnospoon. This also requires "Cheat Support" to be enabled in the additional difficulty options to work.

Applied a temporary fix for an issue where the last skill slot for Irene and Ray was unusable after their Awakening.

Added an Awakening class for Misty, along with some new class masteries.

Added the 'Bloodbath' company mastery, acquired by defeating Demon King Liang.

After 8 months, the Self-Challenge (Mirror) mission has finally been implemented. It comes in multiple versions and may have minor issues. Please report any bugs you encounter.

Added the Gym mission, which features randomly spawning enemies.

Corrected some descriptions.

Mod Introduction:
Adds an event for Luna to join your team. After installing the MOD and completing all story missions (including all DLCs), a new event "Mysterious Visitor" will appear in the top-right corner. Triggering it will allow Luna to join your party (the event is relatively simple, as the focus wasn't on deep plot development).

Adds new advanced classes (Awakenings) and corresponding masteries. Albus's Awakening enhances counter-attacks, allowing for ranged counters and multiple triggers. Sion's Awakening improves his range and Flash Wave skill. Irene's Awakening adds multi-hit capabilities and the ability to multicast. Giselle's Awakening enhances beast taming, allowing her to tame all beasts and increase her summon limit. Kylie can craft and use advanced machines like Byclones and Ruinators (parts are sold in shops). Heissing's sweep and random reaction attacks are enhanced, and more.

Adds a new equipment set: the Sky-Lord's Peerless series. Its effects are active as long as all pieces are equipped, regardless of the in-game set bonus prompt. This new equipment is superior to all previous sets and becomes available in the shop after a character's Awakening.

Adds new missions, some of which are still in testing.

Adds new, optional difficulty challenges that significantly increase the game's difficulty.

Adds new, optional extra-difficulty options to expand gameplay possibilities.

Fixes several bugs from the original game:

Fixed a bug where Magic Sword Veil incorrectly increased damage taken instead of reducing it.

Fixed a bug with Break City Gate where the intended 50 parry damage reduction was incorrectly applied as 2500.

Corrected the inaccurate item description for the 'Shining Impact Shield'.

Fixed a bug where the parallel world forced level inheritance.

This expansion is still a work in progress. Full English and Chinese localization has been implemented. If you find any translation errors, please leave a comment.
