@Lord Skarra I can do various decoration mods if you want, you have the possibility to activate the creative mod to have everything free, but I see why you would need something like that for trees. I will ping you when I've done it.
As for a mod maker in-game it would be quite difficult

Can I get trees as decorative items.
Since the developer thinks people like me don't want decorative trees that don't care for the temperature.

I'm sorry I want a pine park in the middle of my city since we can't build Parks yet, or have a palm tree near the coastline near my north pole due to I just... WANT IT.
