Insurgency Voicelines for Rangers

Description
Replaces the Rangers' voicelines with the original 2014 Insurgency Security subordinate. Overwrites only male Rangers' entity entries in human_goodguys.xml

This mod conflicts with the camouflage selector for whatever reason. Whenever you could get around to it, a fix would be much appreciated. Thank you.
