New Horizon: Global Update

Description
The new horizon mod for multiplayer games.

Currently, only the Russian version is available. It has a basic English translation. The full English translation will be available at the end of April.

INSTALL/UNINSTALL
Install the "NewHorizont" folder in the root folder of the game ...\steamapps\common\Sid Meier's Civilization Beyond Earth\assets\DLC

As a result, you should have three folders in the DLC folder.:
  • DLC_SP_Maps
  • Expansion1
  • NewHorizont

If you need to remove the mod, simply delete the NewHorizont folder.

List of changes:
1. The Politics of Virtue -> Social policies similar to Civilization 5 and Stellaris are based on the "Social Engineering" mod for various ways and styles of development.
There are 11 policies available.

2. Diplomatic skills have been revised and partially redesigned, adding different styles and development options: Personal, Civil, Political and Military.

3. Combat units have been changed.

3.4 Additional functionality for game settings
3.5 Optimization of existing quests for buildings

How do you actually download the files so you can move them into the right folder. Pls explain the download process more or even make a short youtube video?

Good time of day! I have translated many points into English, you can check it out. If there are any unclear text displays, please write.

Since I can't allocate enough time to do all the things I want to do, I decided to do the following. I will do small updates where it is necessary to correct the text, any values, for the balance of the mod, once a week. Major updates will be released rarely and indefinitely.

im shocked to see a new mod for this game after so long. though i guess after the awful 6 and shit show that was 7 people might be coming back and realizing beyond earth was pretty good compared to them lol.
