Description
This mod adds a new Faction Trait, which makes all factions will have an Obliterator when the game starts. Enjoy your enemies' doom, and yours.

Obliterator Discoverer
Starts with an Obliterator
Behemoth Production Limit +1
(All factions have this faction trait)
Changes of Obliterator
Obliterator default ship design: empty -> 2 String Gravitics Engines
Level 2&3 strategic resources requirement for Obliterator fire: 12×n -> 10×n , n = Turns before next free shot
Obliterator basic turns for free shot: 40 -> 20 (Need unlock Obliterator Blueprints)
