This mouse pointer works on all servers (regardless of whether the server has it installed – you can enable it, and doing so won’t affect joining servers that don’t have this mod), including those servers that feature other custom mouse pointer mods (simply layer it above them). Since Lua typically does not run in the main menu or server browser, the mouse pointer will not be animated in those interfaces. However, if the user has client-side Lua installed, it will become animated in the submarine editor or during gameplay (e.g., in campaigns).
