Description
This mod adds a new world enchantment spell to the game.

The spell adds following defensive stats to all your units on the map:
  • +100 HP
  • +10 Defense
  • +10 Resistance
  • +30 HP regeneration (per strategic turn)
  • +20% protection for all 6 damage types

HP regeneration doesn't apply to undead units, etc.

The spell has no pre-requisities, it will be added to your spell book at the beginning of the game.

Casting cost: 100 Mana / 100 Casting points

Upkeep per turn: 10 Mana

Disjunction cost: 100

This mod requires both content DLCs, since I added all possible unit types into the list of recipients of this spell.

AI players will never use this spell.

There are no translations included, only English language is supported.

Disclaimer:
This is a simple cheat I made for myself while learning how to create mods for the game. I just needed some breathing room while working on my other mods and testing them.

I don't recommend using this mod in a normal playthrough, unless you want to temporarily boost your defensive stats (for whatever reason).

It will probably mess the in-game pre-combat calculations up, like auto-combat results, enemies running away from you, etc.

I would like to create more complex mods eventually, but for now I am still just discovering all the modding possibilities and also learning more about the game itself, since I haven't really played much yet.

I turned the ability for AI enemies to use this spell off in this mod.

If AI could use this spell, each combat would probably turn into a long slow slogfest between two damage-sponge armies. :laugh_lif:

But yeah, in general it is possible to add a new spell that AI can use as well. You can even set priorities for them, etc.

Potential dumb question. Is it possible for the AI to use this spell or did you some how make it so that way only human players can use it?
