No Early Boulders

Description
Removes random boulder spawns in the mine and the swamp areas. The sand labyrinth and onward still have random spawns.

Note: Hard coded traps (like the jungle temple portal entrance) will still keep their boulders. Globally disabling all traps seems to be the only way to remove those, unfortunately.
