An updated version of Ice Ice Outpost for Speedrunning.

Improvements:

- Added Blaku's Flash Timer (Very Accurate)

- Better Spawn/Respawns

- Taller Start/Finish Lap Trigger (Needed for Any%).

- Changed a death barrier at end of the ice tunnel so that shortcut won't randomly reset you.

Workshop Map Textures - Download and paste files into SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\rocketleague\TAGame\CookedPCConsole on whichever drive you have Rocket League installed.
