NOTE
Feel free to drop some custom HUD Icon requests for certain weapon mods in the comment section down below, my end-goal for this mod is universal compatibility with most mainline weapon mods

A nice port of Black Mesa: Blue Shift's fresh new VGUI into retail BM, adding in new HUD elements to improve readablility and overall style
Features include (but are not limited to):

Features
  • 9 Fully ported and rescaled Weapon icons from Blue Shift
  • 5 Custom hand-made icons for all other Weapons not included in BM:BS [i.e. Tau Cannon]
  • Reworked Health & Suit icons
  • Adjusted HUD Size and Position
  • New Ammo icons for all Weapons
  • Improved HUD Font (using Rajdhani Bold for HEV digits)
  • Redone Subtitle Fonts
  • Improved in-game Tutorials
  • Removed Scanlines to fit-in more with Blue Shift's theme



With how volatile Black Mesa's Workshop integration might be sometimes, this mod requires the Custom folder method in order to work properly, I'd highly recommend following Citizen's custom folder guide, which can be found HERE

Here's an Installation Guide:
  • Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\362890\3436007929
  • Move the BMBSHUD folder from "3436007929" to your new custom folder found in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Black Mesa\bms\custom
  • Relaunch the game, and it should work

Optional Icons Installation Guide (as of v1.3)
Make sure to create a backup of your existing mod folder before proceeding, in-case you want to revert back the changes done here
  • Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\362890\3436007929
  • Go to the "Extra Icons Folder", choose one of the addons
  • Open the selected folder (example: M67 Frag Grenade), and copy the contents inside (should be named BMBSHUD)
  • Move the BMBSHUD folder to your custom folder found in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Black Mesa\bms\custom, overwrite if necessary

another (much more random this time) question here, but do you think you could (again, if possible.) re-implement the unused rocket supply crate sounds found in the files (bms_sounds_misc_000/sound/items/ammocrate_open/close) i always found it odd as to why there's a supply crate sound when they seemingly go unused.
