I got a new computer so I had to make a new mod my bad guys

This mod adds Gas attacks to Hearts of Iron IV down the Grand Battleplan doctrine. Gas Masks are an existing counter for free that doesn't need a doctrine to be researched, although they might be used randomly in situations, destroying the immersion and battles for the player. I've only seen the AI use it as a tactic to some other defense once.
