Not much to change here, just DSpecial and FSpecial killing too early for their speed.

Changes:
- DSpecial base knockback reduced 9 -> 8
- FSpecial reduced base knockback on sweetspot 8 -> 6
- FSpecial reduced knockback scaling on sweetspot 0.95 -> 0.75
