"ROW FOR YOUR LIVES" - Captain Ody of the DWG upon encountering the Mechaform Scylla

Based on multiple creatures and beast from Mythology, the Scylla is the newest craft to join the forces of the Ancient Tide. Predominantly based on its name sake the monstrous Greek nymph Scylla, the craft also takes inspirations from the Japanese Jorogumo, as well as other design inspirations from other monsters from modern media, including Metal Gear Excelsus. The Scylla Mechamorph acts as one of the Ancient Tide's boss crafts, currently being the biggest and most expensive craft belonging to the faction, though there will be plans for larger crafts to join it in the future.

The Scylla is strictly a water craft, it functions similarly to a submersible sharing the same strengths and weaknesses as a submarine. Though not made to be at all Meta, the Scylla is still quite capable being able to fight most crafts in its price range, and being an even match for a lot of them. Admitedly though it does share quite a few weaknesses, being unable to see crafts above the water well, and having a weakness against craft that use massive torpedoes. The Scylla is is no way helpless though, having been armed with a large array of weapons, twin pac cannons one impact the other piercing, a multitude of medium and large torpedoes, and the weapon its built around a massive amount of harpoons which it uses to pull down ships into the great depths below.
