[B42.3+] Character Creation UI Fixes

A few assorted patches to fix various issues with the character creation menu that occur when mods do something with the menu that the devs probably hadn't thought of (resulting in strange issues). If you have a mod which messes with the menu but doesn't work right, this could fix that for you.

• Fixes items being missing from the menu if a mod adds a bunch of items with the same exact display name (current implementation is provided by Star, though in the future I will likely have to work on my own implementation in order to fix other potential issues)
  
• Fixes issue with loading outfits with items containing duplicate display names, which originally loaded in the wrong items onto your character
  
• Fixes issue where items with both a color and variant option would have their color option disappear; due to the vanilla game not having any items with both kinds of options, the UI element placement would overwrite the color option in certain cases, which causes issues for mods such as Vanilla Clothing Expansion which relies on variants
  
• Slight UI changes to the menu to accommodate the above change

B42.3 or later only, because this mod replaces various functions from the updated UI code introduced in 42.3.0.
