Purple Hat in EP2

Adds the purple hat and the pizza from Black Mesa to HL2's Episode 2. You can find the hat right at the beginning near the train and the pizza in the first map of Under The Radar. Gives G-Man the hat when you meet him in ep2_outland_02 where the vortigaunts heal Alyx, and also gives one of the Advisors at the very end the hat too (also plays a special ending sequence i made) These events only happen if you bring the hat far enough.

This mod replaces the lump file of the maps: "ep2_outland_01", "ep2_outland_02", "ep2_outland_09" and "ep2_outland_12a"
Any other mods that replace these, probably won't work together! Also replaces the g-man model.
