I reduced its weight because something so small shouldn't live for so long. And made Dstrong take self damage, this move is really good for edgeguarding and just wins on the infinite azure stage, so it decided to make a risk for using it so sparingly, though with a hurtbox this small, its not much of a nerf.

Changes:
- decreased weight 1.0 -> 1.5
- dstrong now does 9% self damage
