Sarthorael the White Reskin

This mod reskins Sarthorael to have a more unique appearance.

Now he's not really THAT white but I wasn't gonna call this Sarthorael the Kind Of Whitish Blue, and I wanted him to have some Tzeentch blues in his palette.

Much like medusa0 and his Sarthorael reskin, I made white the dominant color for him because that is his color when he's in his raven form, giving dubious advice to our lovable boomer Advisor character.

The skulls, potion and leg armor are all inspired from various depictions of Lords of Change over the years in Games Workshop art. The magic script along his leg is from this game and the sigil between them is from a Tzeentch specific form of Dark Tongue.

This mod is cosmetic only. I highly, highly recommend this mod, also by medusa0, https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2884953838 for fleshing out his abilities and playability, befitting a daemon destined to take a swing at Archaon. Ensure this mod loads above that and you'll be all good.

/BIG NOTE/
During the course of making this mod, I discovered that Sarthorael had a major visual bug that occurred every time he cast a spell in battle, his glowing parts would explode with light and stay that way for the battle. (Other LoC have this exact bug but to a lesser extent)

This bug is MOSTLY GONE, I got rid of it by changing his staff animation. So the tentacles no longer writhe on his staff but I made it properly Tzeentch themed with crystals, the idea being that the tentacles themselves have 'hardened' into crystal with just a touch of original flesh near the base.

HOWEVER, despite my best efforts, Sarthorael will still glow out IF you cast a spell WHILE FLYING, sometimes this is a flattering glow out, other times it is an unfortunate nuclear glow.

The super glow WILL go away the moment you cast a spell while he is on the ground. Ultimately this seems to be something linked to animations that CA will have to fix, I have found at least one bug report so they might be aware of it.
