Modular Vest System - MVS Redux

Description
This mod fixes armour stats for plates and helmets broken in `MVS Reworked` mod.
It also removes excessive colour variants of the gear and items - pouches/radios etc., that had no real use.

It is more convenient for admins to mantain, you can find 3 main colours of items - OG (green), tan and black.

This mod is half the size of the original mod.

I can add winter cammo as a separate addon for this mod I guess, would be just tiny mod called MVS Winter or sth (I don't really want it standalone here)
