Adds a Gravestone Remover item that instantly removes every gravestone in your world! It can be bought from the merchant for 1 gold or crafted with 10 of any gravestone.

The gravestone varieties are:
-Tombstone
-Grave Marker
-Cross Grave Marker
-Headstone
-Gravestone
-Obelisk
-Golden Tombstone
-Golden Grave Marker
-Golden Cross Grave Marker
-Golden Headstone
-Golden Gravestone

Version history:
1.3: Added a crafting recipe for the Gravestone Remover (10 of any gravestone). Made the Gravestone Remover spawn a ghost when used in singleplayer. Added a Journey Mode research requirement for the Gravestone Remover (1). Fixed a bug where various non-gravestone tiles were being removed by the Gravestone Remover.
1.2: Changed the Gravestone Remover's price to 1 gold (used to be 6 gold due to a bug).
1.1: Fixed a bug where using the Gravestone Remover would also remove Banners, Planked Walls, Signs, and Wooden Beams.
