Nutrient Pellets Never Rot

Description
A simple XML patch for ThatHitmann's Nutrient Paste Expanded - Nutrient Pellets. It removes the "CompProperties_Rottable" comp from the ThingDef, thereby making the pellets non-rottable.

Nutrient Pellets hasn't been updated yet. I will update when that mod has updated. It's not likely that I'll have to change anything, but I will if necessary.

This is a very simple patch. If Nutrient Pellets works for you in 1.6, this patch probably won't change that.
