So...here you go an "assets" pack that...along with other ones...was forgotten and left to rot.
I wanted to upload this pack here because it remembered me the years in which I worked on the construction sites (it was a short period, but...I couldn't forget it, no matter what).
Anyway, this pack is also useful for who wants to make "construction" scenarios and such.
Most of the props have own physic, while for the others (they're a few) you need to use the "physic tool maker" .
I made sure the props inside work properly, so in theory you should be fine (and yeah, some props have skins too).
Credits are in the last image.
