The Viking Age for BNW

Description
A scenario outlining the era of Anglo-Saxon, Viking and Norman invasions in Europe in the Dark and Middle Ages. It goes from 500 AD to 1235 AD.

Within the scenario folders, there are 4 different maps... one of each for Quick, Standard, Epic and Marathon. When you enter mods, select the map under Additional Maps (select Continents and you will find them there) (Viking Age Quick/Standard/Epic/Marathon) and click on scenario after selecting the map. You can then choose which civilization to play.

Do not change any of the map criteria as the mod may not work as much is preconfigured. Also, you need at leas Denmark DLC and expansions.

Do not adjust the scenario speed from the settings menu. The map will go to the appropriate speed despite the settings. In fact, do not change the settings at all as everything is calibrated according to the maps. So the difficulty and game speed, etc. should not be fiddled with.

uh, problem, the Quick scenario works just fine, but the Standard/Epic/Marathon ones all crash, because their scenario settings reset the game speed to Quick no matter what
