Filibuster Armored Cars [B42]

This adds Armor to Filibuster Used Cars Alpha

This is not using any models (visual armor)

Was going to add power upgrade, but they are just not working(ok not true, the reverse gear accel gets faster xD)

I have split the Upgrade in 3 Parts, the Chassis, the Windows and the Tires.

I added 2 Recipes for HeavyChain and HeavyChainLink which are required for the Wheelchains.
You can find them under the Welding tab

You need Filibuster Used Cars Alpha for this, check his discord[discord.gg] for the link.

This is hopefully a temporary measure until it gets proper armor, for me its sufficent atm.

Known Issue: Some vehicles have invisible tires (fixed)
