Adds A-TACS AU / FG / LE / BLK to Ground Branch
Long overdue but I finally had some free time so here it is
I decided to use the camo textures for the icons because I found it much easier to find what I was looking for in the customization menu that way, tell me what you guys think

Have you ever thought about adding a-tacs to plate carriers and helmets? I really dont know if thats even possible because i have never made a mod myself, but i think it would look awsome!

I'm waiting for the skin system to work so it doesn't take up 12+ slots, I think the system only needs the custom tags to work which I believe are close to working so hopefully soon
