Trauma Team v0.9

Description
Adds a squad of Trauma Team operators from the dystopian future of Cyberpunk 2077.

Contains weapons from 2077 and two squads of 4 Trauma Team troopers, built for close-range action and rapid extraction of paying customers in the dystopia of Night City.

Work in Progress, fit for 1.0. Doctrines still unavailable, sounds unchanged, still some placeholder items and icons. Those are coming next.

And I found "Crusher TTI" misses the sounds of fire.
It refers to "crusher_tti_fire", but the name of the sound library is "crusher_fire_tti".
It should be the reason.

All of the penetration values are 1/10th what they need to be for the 1.0 conversion, which makes their armor and weapons completely useless against vanilla equivalents. Easy enough to fix, though!
