Adds "Anomalous Prop" entity under "Anomalous Props" category

Spawning it will create a very randomized prop with several randomized properties, like the appearance, randomized triggers, randomized reactions to those triggers, and randomized targets to those reactions.

Example: Spawning the entity can make a little signpost, colored purple with no gravity. When a player touches it, nothing seems to happen. Ermmm, I guess that doesn't know do anything.. But when they bring a prop near the entity, suddenly, the entity launches itself forcefully toward the player and explodes itself, killing the player in the process.

This would be just one of 31 billion possible combinations that the entity can create. Honestly, you'll find most of them to be boring. To combat this, I tried adding in a few preset properties that will do things a bit more interestingly, and have a 25% chance of spawning instead of randomized properties. Still, these properties can be randomized for the preset ones, so it doesn't take away from how random the experience can be.
