Hostile Civilians

Description
This mod makes all civilians hostile towards your unit, and only civilians- not hostages, VIPs, Allied units, etc.

These civilians will start off unarmed but will pick up any weapon when given the chance.

You can finally make a No Russian map with this, just make sure to not put any weapons near these civilians ;)
