This guide was created to assist my own gameplay, which may be of help to other players. English is my 2nd language, henceforth apologies for mistakes, and if this somehow helped, as usual likes or favs are appreciated.💗Good gaming.

Once recovering from the crash, find your orange backpack and the emergency pouch containing the axe and GPS (walk-talk on multiplayer), gather the loot on the several boxes spread, and help Kelvin, another survivor from the crash. Robin Crowne (aka Kelvin) was hurt, needing to receive commands through small notes. He can be helpful (or not), depending on your orders. His icon is a blue K pin in the map. Even if you ignore him, the A.I. will follow you.

In the Hud, the only status changing color is armor, depending the type of material. Strength will evolve (up to 100) by cutting trees, carrying, climbing, resulting in stronger hits and attacks. In the beginning it`s 0 strength and 100Hp, later, 1 strength gives 200Hp, and so on. An armor is important to enhance protection.


The inventory is larger than its previous The Forest version, but with leds, being possible to change color. Dark corners or leds off are solved with leaving and returning to gameplay.
To combine items on inventory:
1-Place an item in the middle area (ex.: a circuit board). 2- Hover the cursor to the gear, wait for the prompt show other building options to combine. Not all items will show a list, to avoid repetition.

📌To set the Hotbar or Hotkeys: 1- Select the packpack, and place in the middle area. 2- Click the item to add to the packpack. For ex.: katana, revolver, soda, meds. 3- Hover the mouse to the item, ex.: the Katana and click 1 on your keyboard, and so on. Now from 1 to 9 will be possible to reach an item as a hotbar. To remove the item, just hover the mouse to the item, and will see the remove option. Holding I , instead of just clicking, it's possible to see the backpack with items selected. Changing the Main Menu Music
Stay in the main menu window, and click on keyboard this sequence: up-up-down-down-left-right-left-right-B-A-Enter. Slowly the music fades and The Forest menu music plays. The music however, resets in each game restart. Bummer.

Changing Brightness and Gamma
Game too dark? Go to Settings > Display and change brightness/gamma to a higher level. Still in Settings > Graphics > Styles (at the very bottom), choose "Outback" style, so far is the best color for brightness. Player may also use sticks-fabric-skulls to build inside some caves to increase the light, or using the combination of a stick+fabric to create a torch. As for hardware, check your monitor, if has a game-mode button, a feature that helps in darker areas.


✔️ Hide/get GPS, “M” | Put away items “G” | Activate/hide walktalk “T”.
✔️ To understand the Coordinates, read Console Commands at the end.
✔️ In MULTIPLAYER, do not set server to 'public', but 'private'. Friends and trusted players only. People can ruin your game with mods, and there is no way to disable mods in servers, even if being owner or administrator. I'd use mods, if mainly build, yet still haven't tested any.

The armor it's composed of 10 pieces (durability changed after v.1) can be made of:

📌 SEQUENCE: hanging officer get the flashlight ↪ go to red-boat, get 9mm gun ↪ Cave Rebreather ↪ Cave Rope Gun ↪ Cave Shovel +slingshot+bunkerA Location ↪ Grave One get shotgun ↪ Maintenance A Bunker get Carl's ID card ↪ Food & Drink Bunker get crossbow ↪ Residential Bunker get Katana + Virginia Card ↪ Bunker C get revolver ↪ Entertainment bunker +guest Card ↪ Maintenance bunker B ↪ Cave D (armor) get rifle ↪ Cave E / VIP-Luxury Bunker (endgame). In between visit the several other spots and villages for ammo, food, arrows, and extra loot to help maintain the equipment. Maps with many locations can be confusing, but with few nearby locations, can be used as reference to identify directions. GPS locators are good to help mark spots.




Before exploring caves, get a full supply of sticks, food, molotovs, booze, fabric (to create more), sticky bombs, water, food, meds+energy mixes. Fabric is good to combine with weapons, to brighten the cave or use as defense. Be prepared.


THE SHORE OR REBREATHER CAVE - CAVE A
This one is tricky, explore with attention. Have in the inventory a source of light, extra sticks, fabric and skulls to build lights, marking the pathway, a katana or heavier weapon. ʙᴇ ᴡᴇʟʟ ᴘʀᴇᴘᴀʀᴇᴅ. This cave is located at the north. Goto -422.10 17.83 1528.71 (see console codes), if the code doesn't work try "goto CaveAEntrace." It contains 💎rebreather/air tanks, 9mm ammo, artifact, newspaper clue (sunsettimes-puffcorp bids sahara for remote island), laptop with Entertainment cave location, 1 watch, stun gun (taser), the lamp-cross blueprint, and many other loot.
By entering a laptop can be found, going ahead will find a round floater/water, continue and there will be separate ways with a lamp in the ground (some fishes and skulls). Going right will find another round floater and orange life jackets, a long path to a internal lake (a shark may appear, use the circuit from laptop, and watch, create a sticky bomb, kill the shark), also loot as 💎booze, bones, flares, soda, emergency meals, Cross blueprint, and the rebreather. Go back, now to the left. Follow the path seeing 3 skeletons hanging from the ceiling (beware the mutants), may find
more 9mm and a grenade. Where some stalagmites formation are 2 pathways can be seen.
The right one, has a boombox/radio on the ceiling, move along until seeing a red glow. A large mutant can be seen from a wall breach (just cinematic), more booze, ammo can be found there, and a taser near the hanging worker's body. Go back to the section point, and now on the left side, it ends at wooden door barricade with crosses. Break it, to find the ground passage to a piece of the artifact.
It’s a long way down, with more boxes, there will be another division, the right side is a dead end (more boxes). Follow the path to lots of skeletons hanging, go left, will be another wooden barricade. Break it and move forward, there will be some golden bars in the way, part of an ARTIFACT is found.


ROPE GUN CAVE - CAVE B
This is another huge cave, on the west side, near the lake with 4 streams. Goto -1118.40 133.02 -156.22. Outsite is possible to find:💎2 containers with battery, a fireweed seed, inside the cave fabric, survival meals, watches.
Follow the ramp at the right corner down, where more meds, ammo booze, wire is found, also a crucifix, duct tape, laptop, a clue on Solafite on a worker's body. Where this body move left following the sidewall, to a darker area. Move along the passage until finding more bodies (it's rude, but hit the dead hanging bodies, some may release loot items, money $30), and a Sluggy mutant stuck into an entrance, use the time-bombs near one body to free the path.

Pass and move one (will be a long way). Follow the path to a large chamber, to find more clues, a boombox to collect; there's a drawing in the wall of a cube. Move further (beware the creatures), will more loot,💎a clue about the dig-site-B, flares, soda, money, keep moving forward (long way), finding more workers bodies, keep moving forward until a narrowed flooded passage (gets really dark at this point), keep running straight ahead, then a passage will go up, keep going until finding a dead end where a worker body is. Then turn back, walk a bit to see 2 pathways (this is the best wait to find the right side one, without getting lost).

Go right (might find more enemies), and crawl through a small passage, keep going until finding some lamps, one illuminates 2 pathways, the right is a dead end, so go left to the rope gun. There is a rope already set (can see a fabric hanging on it). Use the rope gun to reach the other side of the cave, which leads to the exit, at the south-west to the previous entrance.


SHOVEL CAVE - CAVE C
Near the lake with 4 rivers, a bit to the north-west, with 3 dead soldiers in front, get the Sling-shot. ʙᴇ ᴡᴇʟʟ ᴘʀᴇᴘᴀʀᴇᴅ. Will need the Rope Gun and Rebreather. Goto -537.7 198.1 117.9 (or shovel area Goto -432.40 137.10 -94.00). Inside 💎: duct tabe, booze, soda, circuit, meds, air tanks, circuit board, C4, also the Swim or Wet Suit. Dive, but be prepare, lots of creatures (have some molotovs, sticky bombs and 9mm gun). Slide down the pathway, loot the boxes for stun-gun ammo and .12 ammo. Can find the flashlight attachment for gun, and location to Maintenance Bunker A. On the left, another side leads to a cave lake (and lots of money), dive and on the other side, a worker holds the shovel. On the way back, a Slug will appear out of nowhere, use a sticky bomb, it will free the way to another exit.


STARSHIP CAVE - CAVE D
Goto 973.11 246.4 -404.8 Dangerous cave Recommend having the Katana, this is also a huge cave, thus I'm still writing about, yet this is enough to reach the armor. Pass the wodden boat, follow the ramp up, then down, find the golden wall paint. Follow the ramps, ahead will see some Solafite. Follow the path to the right to the Solafite area, descend and dive. Reaching the other side, will find Oxygen canister and grenade. May find the Rifle in this cave.

To avoid the creatures ahead, where light skulls are, just go to your right, where another spotlight is. Dive/Swim. Babies are in the other side. Climb the rope and move through the Solafite tunnel (legsys will appear, be prepared). Break the barricade, and slide down a tunnel. In another huge area, more creatures. Follow then the Solafite area, to some wooden crosses. There are 2 pathways, follow the right. Oxygen canister in the way and an astronaut body. After swimming more, on the area, can hear electric discharges, and more bodies, the ship is near. Go behind the Starship, break the barricade, get the artifact and the Golden Armor. Exit, ramp above.


CAVE E / see also LUXURY BUNKER

SNOW-FROZEN CAVE
Located in the snow mountain, be prepared with sticks for fire. Will find around and inside:💎can opener, camping tents to save game, rope, food, tarp, money, fabric, zipline rope, wire, and a ground tunnel. Bellow will find, tarp, a clue, a huge amount of skulls, and might find a blueprint. Goto -111.2043 393.569 -91.8361 (inside) or Goto -148.2 408.9 -82.0 (outside), or Goto SnowCampgoto


MAINTENANCE BUNKER A
Located at the north side of the map (see map). Yellow bulldozer near a river, golf cars. A shovel is required. Loot inside: 9mm ammo, one watch, wires, soda, duct tape, ziplines, circuit board, the Attention all note, laser sight and pistol rail, location for the Food Bunker, a Maintenance Keycard (Carl Planter), food (meat, cereal, noodles), a 3d printer, Sam Sounde book, the Tuxedo Outfit (in the bathroom). Car battery, 2 solar panels, 3D printer resign, 4 light bulbs, and one Firefighter axe. Goto -477.71 86.52 713.86



THE ENTERTAINMENT CAVE-BUNKER
Needs Carl Planter's card to enter. Entrance is in the ground, a bit hidden, a golf covered by leaves is nearby. Inside there is: a 3d printer, some resin, lamps, solar panel, wire, 2 watches, book of Eric LeBlanc, information about Jianyu, $27 cash, arrows. TIP: using the stealth armor and crouching, some creatures will not even notice your presence. Get Arnold Crand`s keycard to open a door near the bar. In there will find location to to bunker B. Loot: guitar, 300 3D resin, ammo buckshots, batteries, $407 cash,10 sodas, track suit, shotgun rail, 9mm ammo and several clues. Go to the pool area and there will be another double door, open with the key card. Goto (exit) -986.07 93.35 120.83 (entrance) -1192.75 66.94 140.70


MAINTENANCE BUNKER B
Located at the south of the island, where the Cannibal Village 8 is. Have to deal with some locals first before start digging. Outside will find Chicory, Arrowleaf, Guarana, Blueberry, Fly Amanita mushroom, soda cans, Knight V, ropes, wire, tarp. There is a tiny lake in the location for water. The buker is flooded, will find noodles, raw meat, duct tape, laptop with location of Bunker C, gun silencer, 3 9mm boxes, meds and Compound Bow (in the bathroom). Also, 3 lamps, solar panel, 100 printer resin, wire, car battery. Goto -1136.85 280.74 -1103.40

FOOD BUNKER
Near the north-west, needs a keycard obtained in the Maintenance bunker A and another card. Has lots of food loot, crowssbolt, energy mix+, canned food, soda, watch, wire, arrows/ Mutants are inside as well. Follow the path to a flooded area. Go to the left side, upstairs, get the Entertainment bunker location+VIP card. A cutscene with Edward and Barbara Puffton appears, and a brief appearance of Jianyu. That area has more food and Virginia`s dress. Dive and follow the cave path to find the exit. Goto -1015.25 99.56 1040.33


MAINTENANCE BUNKER C
Located to the north-east. Outside there are several golf cars, there are 2 large rocks nearby, and a large area without trees. Lots of squirrels and rabbits. Few but good loot inside, Revolver, 4 lamps, clues, car battery, wire, zipline, 2 batteries. Goto 1109.97 129.03 1007.63


THE RESIDENTIAL BUNKER
There is an helicopter outside and some gore scenes of bodies. Will need the card found in Maintenance-A bunker to access the downstairs door. Will have a cinematic scene in this one. Inside will find, the Katana (excelent weapon against mutants), soda, wire, wire, Space Suit, many clues, watches, money, food, lamps, etc. Goto 1238.51 239.69 -657.45


LUXURY VIP BUNKER
Endgame bunker. Lots of dangerous enemies. Located at the north-east, near the shore. The GPS will give the location. Doors needs to be unlocked from a computer in a previous bunker (Timmy appears in the surveillance cameras). Look for the bathroom with an exploded wall (Puffton's room). The entrance will lead to the final cave, and the cube. Inside may find the final clues for achievements, food, soda, Goto 1756.66 40.33 552.78

POIs are Points of Interest, locations as tents, villages, cabins, crash sites and so on, containing important loot or clues, and usually spread around the map. The island is crowded with POIs or small camping sites.

HANGING OFFICER
Cut the rope, get Flashlight (helps a lot in caves) and the GPS (give one to Virginia for the achievement), or use to mark POIs in map.

MASSIVE GRAVES
3 or 4 watches, fabric, C4, rope, bones, lots of coins, wire, $68 money,

RED EMERGENCY BOAT
9mm gun, flares, emergency food, GPS locator. Careful with the shark.

TACTICAL CAMP Will find the Modern Axe, flares, meds soda, watches, food, save point, circuits, batteries, duct tape, solar panel, C4 bricks, grenade, also a clue about Dagger, asking "who is jack?" (Jack Holt, the protagonist). Also the book of Robin Crownie, as known as: Kelvin. Rumors is important to the story and next game. Goto -704.093 102.9782 445.929

MILITARY CAMP
See map. Has 3 tents and a ground entrance to a blueprint. Has lots of loot, food, soda, solar panels, ammo, arrows, C4, ziplines, circuit boards, printer resin, lamps, solafite. Goto -1117.958 227.5058 -1603.162

CRASHED AIRPLANE
In the south-west (see map) near a bunker, will find lots of baggages, boxes, golf cars, loot: 3 watches, horsetail food, other food, Moose, batteries, shooting target, leather jacket, $208 cash. Goto -969.44 251.17 -1046.72

THREE FISHING HUTS
Blueprint of skull chair, also a drawing clue, Solafite, lamps, car battery, rope, fabric, wire, canned food, 2 graves that needs digging outisde. Goto 1821.124 49.882 -497.2562

DESTROYED FISHING HUT (Wood Hut)
Near a river, will find a clue, to an achievement and some loot. Goto 1484.5 85.1 66.9

GOLF CAMP
Golf Car and the Golf Club, also clues, large area for building. Goto 726.638 88.654 1682.46

SNOW CABIN
Goto 189.945 525.447 -329.714
In the snow region at the shore of the lake (quite cold area with fog). Inside the cabin there are car batteries, a clue (in a wall), the Priest Outfit and the skin couch Blueprint. Haven't yet fully explored the region.



VILLAGE 1
Has some loot on it, watches, fabric, lake with fishes, mushrooms nearby. Goto -746.6 136.2 32.0

VILLAGE 8
This Village is where one of the Maintenance Bunkers is. Has Aloe Vera, Garana berry, mushroom, The airplane crash location is also close, to the south-west. Goto -1133.79 279.84 -1042.14

VILLAGE 10
Not much loot, some coins, canned food, can get an achievement fighting cannibals. Goto -1558.2 46.2 -1667.9

VILLAGE 23
Have some coffins with loot, as usual some locals in there and a mutant tied to a pole. Goto -1384.9 177.1 -459.3

VILLAGE 33
Located in the south, has loot items as the others, rope, fabric, arrows.
Goto 1062.89 244.88 -922.05

VILLAGE 41
At the opposite side of the village 49 (see main map for location), will find: buckshot ammo, stun ammo, fabric, rope, coins, a skin pouch (may find cash inside, not sure if all pouches in villages have the same content). Goto 1521.44 17.54 -1588.06

VILLAGE 43

VILLAGE 49
Located in one of the islands (see main map for location). Will find there: rope, fabric, food, coins, wire, Guaraná berries/seeds, Salmonberry seeds, Chicory, a white berry (poison), and some animals. Goto 1450.06 56.45 -1330.15

There are many detailed guides on steam, most achievements are self explanatory, like drinking 50 soda cans (at least 10 in Entertainment bunker), surviving 50 days, or digging 1000 holes (dig 100 each day, and in 10 days will get the achievement), but some are harder to obtain, as they involve certain locations. Bellow is a detailed list. See console codes at the end ↓, for a faster method.


There is a spot where a plane crashed, there will find not only watches, as well as money. Not sure the achievement works with console codes (read at the end how to enable them) regardless: cash (additem 496), watches (additem 410). More cash at: Shovel Cave, money in the beginning of a diving lake (good amount), Entertainment Bunker: around $407, Massive grave spot $68 cash, airplane crash $208. The place where the other plane is crashed (where the new stewardess outfit is) in the snow-north, lots of fog around, will have cash and watches.

Walking on land with swim suit, will slow down the walk and running (water only).


It is wise to build near water, with trees around, to have resources to build. Can also use a zipline to transport logs, if trees are far. Building in water is also a good choice, however on winter the lake freezes, making easier for attacks if not too high. Not sure if this was fixed, but attacks from the Twins and Carterpillars, could reach people inside the house, like a wallhack. Some creatures could also enter the house, even with a closed lock.
I used to create huge buildings (without mods, just console in The Forest), but in SotF I'm still testing alternatives and building. Might update this topic later.

A good place to build is Lake H (goto -1030.77 91.99 804.03), at the west side. Another lake Headwater, at the South-east bottom (goto 624.10 220.20 -1260.10), near the vine Chopper with a lake nearby (goto -809.41 163.50 -215.79) Golf Area (goto 1459.1 89.3. 1606.5).

To a small triangular roof, needs a full log 100%, another 3/4 (75%) log wood, then a 1/2 (50% or half) log, then a 1/4 (25%) log, pilled. Place 2 logs on each side to create a small roof. Can make it a ramp roof or a 'stairs' roof, to the light gets in. Also other roofs can be creating just using the imagination. The RopeGun can also give extra ideas for building and bridges.


🌟To Advanced Building, will need console mode active (see bellow how to do so). Then some codes will be used as a combination. The first is to show structure names "togglestructureconstructiondebug ON" (without quotes). Each name represent a piece. This is important in order to build fancy, floating structures, advanced ramps and so on. This is used in combination with another command: destroy, to remove parts already built that game does not allow to change (red x). Write "destroy [name]' , as example: destroy Beam11: you have to write the command to destroy a particular Beam, or Log, or Wall, and so on. It's Caps sensitive, therefore need to write the name exactly as it's is - otherwise it won't work.

IMPORTANT: Before removing or destroying, remember to SAVE game, write "save [name]", example "save 1" in the console. If something goes wrong, QUIT game (without saving) and return. If playing normal game, remember to always activate godmode, since natives may be around, and interfere with your base.

To have infinite logs or rocks, write loghack on (or off) and stonehack on (or off). The "Instantbookbuild" also gives instant build to the book structures, without needing any resources, good for islands, or places with water. Can also breakobjects, as I mentioned in one video, but be warned that adding a variable as 100 your game may crash.

Another important command is "togglego [name]" to hide a structure. To remove a build structure like for example a wall, and rebuild another in place, where the 1st wall is already there. You can reinforce structures this way. Can also remove Lakes and WaterFalls, to build a structure and after the game restart, the lake will be there again, but with the structure (if game is saved), still be there.

showmeshobjectnames 5: this command needs a variable, therefore "5" sets a certain amount of names for objects. Honestly, "3 to 5" is a good amount, 10 will be too much, unless if being on a shore, which less forest around. This is useful to remove a rock - that is not allowing the placement of a log - but temporarily as the rock will reappear after restart. The name must be written correctly, if wanting to destroy it, with caps in the right places. As example:

I've been asked if this round structures worked with V.10: No. The log slide glitch was removed, and there is no free-or-snap anywhere in-game console, however I found a way to build round shapes, I'll soon reveal in a video, since it's a bit tricky.



Same as The Forest, creatures defeated in caves don’t re-spawn, they can’t swim or climb ropes. When in panic, climb a rope or enter a lake. Cannibals also have a preference for fences without spikes. Molotovs, explosives and incendiary arrows helps to defeat mutants inside caves. They can destroy trees, careful if a base was build in one. More the player attacks or visits their villages, hurting or getting resources, more the cannibals will interact and attack the player's base. If the player stay away from their territories, they won't appear as fast at the player's base. TIP - when fighting dangerous ones, run far from the base, to avoid building damage.

Large mutants are: Caterpillar (connected by the end of their body with swing and slam attacks) and Twins (male and female connected, having 3 limbs each, also attacking in swings), they are often confused. Fingers, with open front releasing some sticky drool. The Holly or Holey with 3 legs, 3 torsos and many openings, can charge and jump, even high fences and roofs, destroying buildings in seconds. The Legsy, a with legs up in the air, and several limbs in the ground, giving them the ability to move fast and jump larger distances, they can be outside or inside caves. Might be another legsy mixed with fingers, have not seen him, but apparently it exists. Blind male and female mutant, have two types, a normal skin and a grey skin, far more aggressive and harder to defeat. Last, babies, are dangerous in groups. In the endgame, taller creatures, in Hell Cave, are referred as demons.

The cannibals, or natives may be hostile, while others are just curious. Female and Male Cannibals (usually appears holding a bone), Golden Masks and/or Brutes (leaders of certain camps), sometimes disfigured, and more aggressive (some carry a boat propeller, others a club of skull and spine). The Muddy males and females are often seen in packs, walking in all fours in bushes, they are curious, attacking when in fear, they are less seen on winter. The Titans also male and female, are the most hostile, painted red, may appear naked or clothed and have strong health, throwing the victims in the ground often. Other Painted cannibals with fluorescent paint, usually appears at night. The Javelin/Spear (Eddie) and Blazing are the ones with spears or molotovs, Assassin(Alice) and Charging are extremely dangerous, and Plastic(Greg) carries a head in his back, leaves an effigy or sculptures to intimidate the base owner. Reading the Story of Sons of The Forest, it's possible to understand why some are mutants, others are rude, aggressive cannibals, while others are just curious, crying for the dead, caring for the village, living in tribes. There is a scale of evolution, from a crude being to more evolved one.



Like the first game, The Forest, this game also has a 'developer code' to enable console with several codes, also known as build-in cheats. It toggle certain actions, useful to save progress, recover lost items, etc. Keep in mind to try a fairplay first, otherwise will ruin the gaming experience and player's skills.
To enable the console, pause the game (ESC), and write on keyboard "cheatstick" (without quotes and no caps), just this. Then press F1 to see the list of commands. If doesn't work, write it slowly without errors. Writing "cheatstick" without the game paused, the character reaches the GPS/Walktalk, open inventory, will be chaotic. So press Esc and pause. Check ▶️youtube video.

Some commands needs: on to enable, and off to disable, for example: speedyrun on. This will activate super speed, that needs also the command godmode on, in order to avoid collateral damage. Cavelight on, is another good command when exploring the underground.
Other commands need a variable to operate, like "breakobject 10", the 10 is a variable.⚡Some codes may not work properly in non-US keyboards, I do not recommend installing the US keyboard, and removing the non-US, as later windows may not reinstall the previous language. I tested myself, and gladly I had created a restore point before, all for science, but too much trouble for a game. TIP: goto console commands only works with dots, not coma. There is a bunch of interesting and useful commands, I will also update this topic from time to time.

3rd Party Mods Software

I recommend using in-game console codes. But if wanting to use a software, read a lot about it before installing it.
1. Once playing with a mod, the saves (from the mod installation forward), are related to it, running the game without it, may cause a crash.
2. Game updates may crash the game/save (since the mod-software was not updated), same can happen to specific mods, verify mod version before installing.
3. Specific mods may cause conflict with another, or need a base mod to work (happens often to Fallout4). Particularly, I'm not using any software, but console codes.

PAST

⠀⠀⠀⠀Second to papers, in 1979, a group of fishermen moves to this remote island, determined to start a new settlement. They build cabins, bring resources, fish, and as they explored, they find tunnels leading to caves. Eventually they discover a golden ore they thought was gold, mining small amounts and bringing to their huts, including, a golden artifact. Supposedly, the object activates, giving them visions of another world, a golden city. As a side-effect, a frantic eager in finding it, results in rage, madness, some even killing themselves due to the days without sleep. Those not affected however, desperate to restore normality, breaks the artifact in six parts, hiding in deep caves, building barricades with crosses to detain the evil unleashed. But the insane began looking for the pieces, killing, hanging their antagonists, they soon ended dying inside caves, driven by expectations, while other fishermen, maybe, abandoned the island in horror...

PRESENT

⠀⠀⠀⠀In 2025, the remote island is bought by the billionaire Edward Puffton, founder and CEO of Puffcorp, after a biding war with Sahara Therapeutics. He knew the island had Solafite, a conductive ore with therapeutic effects, as well the Cube made of the same material. Cnce activated it could modify DNA, but Puffton reveals to a science magazine it had rejuvenation effect, and starts building the Holosprings Luxury Resort, aligned with the Solanj star system. All an excuse for his real interests. It is unknown however if Virginia Puffton, his daughter, had any relation to the experiment Virginia-subject 37B5 from Sahara Therapeutics at this point.
⠀⠀⠀⠀The island crowds with VIPs, and Edward refuses to mention its deadly past, continuing with the idea of a grand celebration. Puffton's wife however, is concerned about Edward's dreams of a golden city, and tells a friend, Doris, about it. It is also not mentioned about the missing workers or a mysterious spaceship transported to cave D7, months after Puffton buys the island. It seemed a dimensional portal had opened. As days pass, his scientist Dr. Masaki deciphers the strange language, believing it's the answer for the cube countdown, only to later discover calculations were wrong.
⠀⠀⠀⠀Eventually, uninvited Cultists, or self-proclaimed, Sons of the Stars arrive in yachts, lead by old inscriptions and visions (like others had), believing by sacrificing themselves, they will find the golden city in another dimension. Some of them, start killing 'non-believers' like cave workers, security, miners. Meanwhile, Dr. Masaki informs Jianyu Zhang (PuffCo employee) that Puffton should be warned, that the cube activation will be catastrophic, the calculations are incorrect, but Jianyu never tells Puffton. Jianuy is more concerned about the cultists' havoc.
⠀⠀⠀⠀On the other hand, Edward suspects Jianyu, and asks Hank Keys, to contact JACK HOLT, writer and press journalist, to protect his daughter, in case something happens to him. Jianyu however is killing the cultists and filming it, which Edwards find out, firing and asking him to get out of the island. Jianyu does as told. The day after, Edward prepares the party at the Food Bunker, the only one not attending the celebration is Virginia. As all are distracted, some cultists invades Puffton's private bunker exploding the bathroom revealing the path to the cube. They pass through hell cave, trying to reach it, some dying in the path, as the reaction starts. The impure souls are transformed, twisted personalities split into multi-dimensional selves, trying to coexist in one body, their greed intensifying the mutation, as seen on the CCTV. Second to the old scripts, in Hell Cave:


⠀⠀⠀⠀The cultists however, may have misunderstood, the "heart as vessel" and "traverse a path of trials" to ascend (2.4), was not suicide, but to persist in goodness, a devotion to light and purification, to "shed the layers of earthly attachments", to devote oneself to help others, avoid lies, dishonesty, avoid selfishness, to "surrender the ego" (8.7) was the self-sacrifice. The golden skeletons a vestiges of a trial to a luminous realm(?), in many parts, is written what the elders said, and what the sons understood, which is different. Another KEY message:"The elders(...) preach that within solitude lies the key to communication with the golden dimension." This means a deep meditation: enlightenment comes from self-preserving our best, not material greed. Virginia didn't transform completely due to her pure nature, opposite to her father's mindset. Jack's tattoo it's a subtle message about this:


Months later, Dagger receives from an alert mail of unusual dimensional readings in Holosprings, besides there were no communications from it, Puffton went missing. Dagger informs Jianyu (now employed by Sahara) as he returns to the island, that LeBlanc is arriving. He then shoots the first team helicopters down. A second team is sent with Jack Holt, getting attacked. Jack and Robin/Kelvin survives. Last, Jianyu's mutation is confusing, as why he was still lucid, rationalizing thoughts. And second to the old texts, those who were once mutants, will turn again humans (cannibals), their primitive essence, starting over, to develop purified hearts. There is a lot yet unclear.

Hi Lucas, for me only dot "." works, but I tested the codes and they are ok, I had this issue once (falling or getting stuck), try closing the game and re-try the goto. If doesn't work, change the numbers a bit (before this save game), for example: goto 466.2 to '455.0' , or '17' to '12' and see if works. Another way is to use the cave name, for example: goto CaveAEntrance, goto CaveBEntrance...and so on, until goto CaveFEntrance. Hope it works!

For me, some goto commands aren't working with "." and are working only with ","
Some goto commands(I think that are the caves goto commands) aren't working, I fall out of the map, do you have any idea of how to fix that?
