my own attempt to make city 17 at night

all of the trainstastion maps are now at night
minor changes to the maps like adding props
all lot of lights in the maps

01 and 02 keep loading with a white dreary sky, 02 is just broken in general. but the rooftop chase and everything after that has the correct night time skybox. how can i fix this??
