Animal Use Dispenser

Description
A cheat mod that makes colony animals use Nutrient paste dispenser themselves.

It's safe to add or remove this mod halfway

Note: For animals like Megasloth and Thrumbo, their activity area must include the entire Nutrient paste dispenser. There will be error if only part of it is included.

太阳耀斑的时候会报错。而且动物的取食好像过于频繁了。

@Bat stealer Sorry, make them able to eat at table may cause a serious performance problem.

As for NP tiers, I think it may not work because the ThingDefs are different.
