[VScript] Yet Another CS Sniper Buff

Description
Makes the Scout and Awp always 1 shot commons (even in expert realism) and makes them stumble all specials, excluding the charger, witch, and tank, when shot.

This DOES NOT touch their weapon scripts at all, so these are compatible with any of those.

I wish this script gibbed enemies properly like the enemy died to the bullet normally, with how it is now you can't blow legs off in expert realism with it. Is there a way to multiply the damage of the bullet instead of just sethealth to 0? I haven't written a vscript before that wasn't just a single line with a console command so I don't know shit.

in the script file, i see a line with the words tank, charger, survivor
all i need to do is remove the word "charger" ...right ?

remove the check for if an infected is a common or witch and remove the check for if the hurt player (special infected) is a charger while keeping the one for if theyre a tank
