The DBv(q) was the first successful double decker car for the railway in East Germany. Although earlier double decker cars in Germany existed they never made it further than testing. But due to the high demand in East Germany the capacity increase of double decker trains prompted the introduction of these four car sets.

Over the years many different versions were built, including some with cabs for push pull operation. Some were also sold the other countries in the European east, like Poland and Czechia.

This is a version from the PKP from Poland without a cab. The interior might not be an 100% accurate recreation as there are so many different layouts.

There are invisible seats on the outside at the first and last door as well as on one of the centre doors. The seats are next to the whit triangle. These teleport you inside the car and on the spot you enter there is the same setup to exit.
To activate the taillights theres a switch at the upper right corner on each of the backwalls to the guards compartment
