She was renowned as a skilled sniper beyond her years even before she was a Descendant.
A new recruit who joined the Descendant Corps recently, she is eager to learn from more experienced Descendants.

- Torso Gear = Hailey Torso Gear
- Left Arm = Hailey Left Arm
- Right Arm = Hailey Right Arm
- Left Shoulder = Hailey Left Shoulder
- Right Shoulder = Hailey Right Shoulder
- Legs = Hailey Legs
- Thighs = Hailey Thighs
- Shins = Hailey Shins

The LEDs color can be changed using the Secondary Armor Color.
