Wolf's Enhanced Skill Levels

This very simple mod does two things. First off, it dynamically changes the color of your skills during character creation based upon their level. Levels 1-3 are green, level 4-7 are yellow and levels 8-10 are purple. This can help with a quick visual indicator of the general level of skills; think like loot rarity in many games. Additionally, it adds the number of the level next to the skill name so that you don't have to count bars anymore. This was created and tested only for B42.
