My friend Yosh who makes all these nice screenshots for my workshop releases, which are everytime fantastic had a wish to have these 3 buildings from Heilbronn in his city since one and a half year. As he told me this, I started immediately to make them, and to say thank you for his support for a long time.

These 3 buildings are original located in Heilbronn, Germany

They all have a 6X5 plot size

Thank you for creating these set, SvenBerlin! I actually wanted to create these three buildings and only asked you for support with the skeleton frames. But I immediately ´felt the sparkle in your eyes´ and was happy to leave it to you. I wouldn't have been able to do it as well as you did anyway.
This is another great set. The ramps to the underground car parks are a very valuable asset. I was particularly impressed by how well and evenly the skeleton frames absorb the colorful light from the floor lamps.
