SS3 No Reloading

Description
This is a pretty simple mod where the reloading feature from SS3 is removed. Now, weapons work more like they do in the classics because the pistol is back to being the only weapon left which can reload. I want to keep the pistol's reload since that was always how the weapon was balanced even during the classics.

Dude, this is a cool mod. I would even say that it is WONDERFUL! I have one request: the mod does not work with the "Replacement scoped devastator". PLEASE make it compatible with this mod to make it MUCH more comfortable to play. I will be very grateful for that.:steamhappy:
