CSS C_hands to HEV Hands

Description
Very simple addon, this just changes the Counter Strike: Source C_hands to the Half Life 2 HEV C_hands.

(Works with reskins, I recommend using https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=500580179 for them to look like how they do in Half Life 2 {EDIT: link doesn't work anymore})

If anything doesn't work, please tell me!

Just checked and the skin I linked was probably taken down, also linked in ( https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3362780448 ) and doesn't work there anymore.

@Wehrmacht not too sure about the link, addon might have been taken down. also the bug with the hands is something wrong with your game as it works perfectly fine for me, try changing your player color.
