Neon weapons replacement - Alternate colors

Description
This mod replaces the design of the DLC neon guns to have a different color scheme inspired by some of their variations that exist in real life.

Mod is clientside!! So you can play online with it, thanks Psyche for their guide.

I can't quite get this to work. My game crashes before i can even see the main menu. I've installed it manually into Textures folder, replacing KF_Weapons_Neon_Trip_T.utx
