[UP] Universal Petroleum - Tactical Solutions Inc.

Backstory of Universal Petroleum is simple, a very obviously wealthy company and a natural target for organized criminals seeking a profit. For these reasons, UP has hired the services of mercenaries from Tactical Solutions Inc.
Tactical Solutions Incorporated is a Texas-based mercenary company hired by UP to protect their operations and assets in [Redacted]. This can seem fairly obvious from the southern drawl in their voices.

UP is headed by Dr. Lorraine Rubin, who has one goal: "Keep the oil flowing". Universal Petroleum controls most of the tankers and oil rigs on across the globe, and has their headquarters set up in central Texas, while Tactical Solutions soldiers patrol the areas around them with extreme vigilance. They are also seen patrolling the UP refinery but seem to be fighting a anyone who attempts to mess with there oil. Their boats can be seen around the the globe with heavy militarized escorts all over the globe.

Being an American-based oil company, Universal Petroleum is antagonistic to anyone who desire to nationalize oil reserves. They already employ a small army of mercenaries to defend their assets in [Redacted] and thus have no problem whatsoever bringing on one more mercenary to do work on their behalf. When the conflict around the world escalates and the Allied Nations and the People's Republic of China arrive and have to step in well, Universal Petroleum receives aid and protection from the AN while the PRC sides with the pro-communist Guerrillas. Universal Petroleum succeeds in its mission in the middle east.

This Mod of mine is called Universal Petroleum, based of the UP Mecrs In Mercenaries 2. This Mod Needs CUP to work, and ill be bringing more factions and making more Mods based off Mercenaries 2.
