The FIRST RESPONDER MOON LANDER is a rapid deploy, super easy, fail proof, way to and back to either of the Kerbin Moons. It is a 3 Kerbal Lander that can be 100% completely sent and controled Remotely for Rescue Missions, everything about it was developed with that in mind and it resulted in the best performing MUN Lander I have and an awesome Manned Mission Platform.

The Package consist of :
The CRAB medium duty Lifer, The "FIRST RESPONDER" Second Stage, and the Model-EZ 3 Kerbal Lander.

The CRAB Medium Lifter places the Lander+Second Stage in an highly elliptical orbit and separates at a point where it will reenter, so as to avoid clutter around Kerbin.
It comes with the HANDS FREE AUTO LAUNCH feature.
To use it, turn SAS and RCS on, go full Throttle, then use the Action Group to launch.

The "FIRST RESPONDER" Second Stage has enough fuel to get to either MOON right after separation even at the most mathematically unfavorable situation as far as positioning goes with a .5 (1/2) again safety factor.
In real life time, with time compression, I can be at either Moon in Orbit in around 15 minutes (typical, longer burns add time). It has 3 ION Engines to fall back on in Emergencies or to conserve the primary fuel. The System is balanced so as to run the IONs full throttle for hours if needed.
The longer burn times of the TERRIER's are actually very beneficial for making turns around the Planet because the Vessel moves out along the orbit AS it works on the Maneuver. 120 Deg. turns are possible.
There are Action Groups for the Second Stage's Engines and Panels.

The Model-EZ 3 Kerbal Lander is DUNA rated.
(it can Land AND make Orbit on DUNA)
It laughs at any MOON, it is a low center of gravity wide foot print design that makes it fool-proof to set down. It will not flip over. PLUS ... it makes it super stable for lateral moves using Docking Mode and Thrusters to position while staying vertical. Just stall it out to a + 1 or 2 KMH speed, switch modes and just X, Y move it right where you want it. Then go back to Maneuver Mode and descend on the Engines again.
It can Launch from either Moon after making touch down and then return to Kerbin on it's own.
You can also raise the Landing Gear and just set it down on the Engines to stop the sliding.
It has enough storage to set up multiple COMMs sites or Science Stations. It has a couple of ION Engines to fall back for Emergencies or to conserve the primary fuel.
There are Action Groups for the Engines and Panels.
* The Stack Separator on the Capsule is NOT staged for a reason ....
It is best to manually decouple when reentering Kerbin on this one.
