Finally, you can't get 1000 health by drinking soda...

An addon that allows you to disallow any over-healing over a set amount, or default max amounts of health and armor. Useful for consumables addons that disregard max health or armor.

ConVars:

HA_Health_Cap (VALUE) - Sets max health allowed
HA_Armor_Cap (VALUE) - Sets max armor allowed
HA_Usedefaults 1/0 - Sets if caps should use default max health and armor
