"Normalized" Limb Damage

*If you use MW Base or ArcCW/ARC9, you don't need this.*

Couldn't find another mod like this anywhere even though it's really simple. After 3000+ hours of shooting at combines I was fed up with TTK being essentially random without using a decent weapon base and turns out the fix is easy.

By default damage dealt to limbs is reduced by 4x, which can be annoying when NPCs put their arms in front of their torso while holding a weapon. This mod increases damage to limbs by 4x to counteract it. Works in singleplayer and multiplayer but only on NPCs.

Works with:
- ARC9 and ArcCW have their own implementation of this called Body Damage Cancel (arc9_mod_bodydamagecancel & arccw_bodydamagemult_cancel) that does the exact same thing, so you can disable it and use this if you want (but why???)
- CW 2.0
- Default HL2 weapons
- M9K
- TFA Base

Doesn't work with:
- MW Base has its own hitgroup damage multipliers that this interferes with, same as ARC9 and ArcCW except there is no equivalent to Body Damage Cancel.

If you want convars make them yourself, this is basically a oneliner. To turn the mod off, just disable/remove it.
