1. For your own good, don't freak out from the lack of doors.

2. WIND THE MUSIC BOX


The most important thing you can do, is wind the music box. You find the music box in CAM 11 (Prize Room).
Don't be afraid to linger in your camera for a bit (But going in for 5+ seconds is risky)
You are more likely to get killed by NOT WINDING THE MUSIC BOX then having an animatronic kill you while in your camera. Also, don't worry about any cameras but the one with the music box. If the music box comes unwound, you will here "Pop goes the weasel" and be killed by an animatronic named "The Marionette"

3. Conserve your flashlight

It is crucial that you get into a habit of saving your battery in your flashlight. Here are some things you can do to not waste your precious light
- Dont use it on your cameras.
- Never hold CTRL
- Shine your light AT MOST twice between music-box-windings. (Except for Foxy, We'll get to that)

Now on to the fun part! Learning about the horrific psycho robots!

Bonnie / Chica :
These animatronics should not cause you any strife. They can attack you from your vents. (Chica can appear in your hall, but can't kill you from there) If you hear noises from your vents, just check the lights (Vent lights dont take up your flashlight) If you see one of these adorable creatures, just calmly put your mask on. Catching Bonnie will trigger an animation where he glides across your screen, and Chica will just go away. Make sure to check your vents after you think they leave because they may still be there. But otherwise, theses animatronics shouldn't be a threat, and rarely even attack you.



Freddy:
Freddy will appear in your hallway, and slowly advance. Wait until he is in your room to put up your mask. He will stand there, looking extremely adorable. Don't put your mask on if he is just in your hallway, because you will just waste time.


Balloon Boy:
Ugh. This thing. Every so often you will here a child saying "Hello" or "Hi". Comepletely disregard this UNTIL you hear "Hello" or "Hi" combined with the sound of banging in your vents. Everytime you hear this check left vent and if you see a child sitting there, immediatly put your mask on. If not, balloon boy will stand in the corner. Once he is there, he isn't leaving. Balloon boy will shut off your lights and soon after, Foxy will kill you. There is also a chance you can see "balloon girl" under your desk. She is really just BB with pink eyes. She does nothing to my knowledge.

Old Animatronics:
The most dangerous animatronics in this game are the old ones. Chica, Bonnie, and Freddy (Not Pictured) all act the same. They are only visible in the cameras, main hallway (Excluding chica) and right in front of you. They will start attacking in night 3, and are the main threat of the game. You never know whos going to be there, and when. They can pretty much teleport anywhere they want. Be ready to put your mask on in the blink of an eye, because if an old animatronic is there, you have about a third of a second to put your mask on. Sometimes, while you have your camera up, they will take you out of it, leaving you suprised. and you probably won't have enough time to react. Just be ready at any moment to put your mask on. Also get in the habit of putting your mask on when you take the cameras down. It will make your life much easier in later nights.




Foxy:
Foxy will appear in your main hallway, and won't be fooled by the freddy mask. You have to flash him with the flashlight to get him to leave. Hit him with your light 2 or 3 times (Quick flashes) and wind up the box. If he is still there, hit him a few more times. He shouldn't linger too long. This thing is the reason Balloon Boy shutting off your lights is such a problem. Foxy is also the reason you can't linger in your mask or in your cameras too long. Foxy will start coming out for hugs on night 2.


Mangle:
Mangle is an endoskeleton with a girly foxy head. Whatever room she is in (Including yours) will be filled with the sounds of really annoying static. If you are in your room, (Out of the camera) and you hear this static, put your mask on until the sound goes away. If mangle gets in your room, she will either kill you instantly, or hang out on your ceiling. When she is on your ceiling, she isn't leaving. All you can hope for is that 6 AM comes faster than Mangle can kill you.

People are asking questions and making complaints, so I'm going to answer/fix them.

1. If foxy appears, hit him with your flashlight once or twice (Short flashes) then flip your camera up for a short time to charge then flip down and flash again. Everytime before you check your camera make sure to flash the hall light no matter what.

2. If you hear static in your cams and mangle isn't in the room you are on, immedietly put your mask on or mangle will get in. This also applies to being in your room without cams on. Putting your camera up while listening to the terrifying static will result in Mangle coming in and either chilling on your ceiling, or just gently hugging you (Then mauling you)

3. If you load your game and all you get is a creepy picture of an animatronic head and then your game crashes, just reload. You have just been spooked by a rare easter egg. Just continue with your now scarred life.

4. Golden Freddy is less forgiving than the old animatronics. You have NO reaction time to counter him. You have to flip the mask on RIGHT when you pull down your camera. No exceptions.

5. While you are in your cameras, you can flip your camera down by swiping down at any point at the bottom of the screen. This is awesome because you can be at your mask when you put your camera down and be quick about it. So don't make a long trip to the mask button, just put your camera down at the mask button's spot. (Sorry if that made no sense. It's hard to explain.)

6. Putting your camera up while a toy animatronic will kill you. Don't do it. Even if your music box is running out. Just wait them out.

7. (VERY IMPORTANT IN LATER NIGHTS) When you start off, do nothing but wind the box. Don't check lights UNTIL you hear a sonar noise, signaling that someone is in your hall.

8. DON'T FREAK OUT IF YOU SEE AN OLD ANIMATRONIC IN YOUR HALL. Flashing them with your light sends them into a "reset mode" forcing them to rush you from the vents, and giving you some extra time.

9. If you hear something banging in your vents, that means one of four things.
A. Something has entered your vents
B. Someone has left your vents / room vents
C. Someone has exited the vents INTO YOUR ROOM
D. Someone is staring at you from your room vents
If you hear noisy vents, prepare to put your mask on at any second because some animatronic pull you out of your camera.

10. If you hear "Hi" "Hello" or childish laughter, disregard it unless it is combined with the sound of banging in your vents.

So many people are asking about tips for the really late nights. I got some tips for ya'!

1. In the beginning, focus only on winding your music box and keeping it full. Flip your camera down for a little bit in case golden freddy is in your room. Just get in a pattern "Camera, Music Box, (Flip camera down) Mask immedietly, (Vents if you heard the noise) and camera back up"

2. Check your vents if you hear:
A. Static
B. "Hello", "Hi", or childish laughter
C. Banging around in your vents

3. Foxy is not as demanding as you might think. But here is a good counter strategy.
Before you put your camera up and after you put it down, flash twice. Before you put your mask up to counter TOY ANIMATRONICS, MANGLE, OR BALLOON BOY, flash your light. Doing that trick to an old animatronic will result in a serious hug-fest.

4.(Optional) Let Toy Chica kill you. She is way too adorable to turn down anything she wants to do.

5. Lets say Balloon boy is staring you down from the vents. Put up your mask until you hear the vents banging and unmask. But make sure to check your vents.

6. Be prepared for old animatronics to yank you out of your camera.


NIGHT 7

Just do the same as night 6 but more perfectly.

Oh you wanted actually strategy?

Pray. Seriously that's the most you can do. Pray you get good luck because you will NEED IT.

Golden Freddy:
Golden Freddy will only come out on night 6 (I believe) and is more dangerous than old animatronics. He comes a LOT more frequently than in FNAF 1 and can appear as a head in your hallway or as the full thing in your office. Either way put up your mask as fast as possible or he will kill you. If ultimate hugmaster's head appears in your hallway, quickly put your camera up. However he is more likely to sit in your room than for his head to be in your hall.


Shadow Bonnie / Shadow Freddy (No Pic) / Endoskeleton

You probably won't find these things. The endoskeleton can't harm you. He can appear in your left vent camera and in the prize room if the music box comes unwound. Shadow Bonnie is the equivelent of Golden Freddy in FNAF 1. He is SUPER rare and looks like the sillhouette of Bonnie bright white eyes and bright white teeth. Put your mask on quickly and he will fade away. If you don't he will fade and your game will crash. No jumpscare. You may also find a silhouette of Freddy sitting in the Parts/Service room. He has the same face as shadow bonnie and to my knowledge, cannot hurt you.
