Description
Replicates the "Friendly fire will not be tolerated" message from the Call of Duty games whenever you kill an NPC who has the "Like" disposition (Citizens, Barney, Alyx etc) then kills you 3 seconds later.

Convars:
sv_friendly_fire_enabled (Default: 1)
sv_friendly_fire_punishment - 1 = Kill the player, 2 = Restart the map (Default: 1)
sv_friendly_fire_delay (Default: 3)
